Come join our in-person climate emergency movement training in Washington, DC, during the week of action leading up to the People's Climate March!
We'll be covering The Climate Mobilization's core concepts, strategies, and organizing best practices to carry out the vision laid out in our "Blueprint for a Climate Emergency Movement," to move from our current political reality to morality-based targets shaped by the urgency of our physical climate reality.
Our goal is to build mass political will for the just national transformation we need to reach 100% clean energy and eliminate net greenhouse gas emissions within the next decade, guarantee full employment in a sustainable economy, and begin restoring a safe climate for all of us.
This event is free and open to all, and food will be provided!
Doors open at 6:30pm at the Patagonia Store in Georgetown, and the event starts at 7pm.
You can also RSVP on the Facebook event page, and invite others.
