Resilience by people who’ve actually built it.

Most resilience consultants come out of emergency management offices or policy think tanks.

Not us.

We connect you with organizers who've built water systems, off-grid solar, mesh networks, and food sovereignty programs in the communities that needed them most. These consulting offerings are brought to you by Climate Mobilization Project, our affiliated 501(c)3 nonprofit.

What makes us different

Not theory. Tested where it matters.

Our practitioner network comes out of grassroots survival work and movement building for working-class and BIPOC community self-determination. The knowledge you're tapping into isn't just technical — it's political, and it's relational.

When you work with us, you're plugging into a living network. Our practitioners come from and are developed through our programs — it's one of the ways this work sustains itself and keeps growing, and it's directly connected to our broader project of resourcing climate survival hubs nationwide.

These offerings are open to everyone — though we prioritize working with value-aligned clients and organizations. Start with a free 30-minute exploration call: we'll listen to your needs and help you find the right fit, whether that's a package, a referral, or something we build together.
How pricing works

A sliding scale, figured out together

We ask clients to be honest about where they fall — paying toward the higher end if you're able directly subsidizes access for under-resourced groups. We'll figure out placement together during your intake call.

Lower end

Informal mutual aid groups, unincorporated or very small grassroots organizations, and volunteer-led collectives with no or minimal paid staff and limited access to institutional funding.

Mid range

Small incorporated nonprofits, community organizations with limited budgets, and BIPOC-led orgs with constrained access to funding.

Higher end

Mid-to-large nonprofits, foundations, businesses, schools, faith institutions, and any organization with access to institutional funding.
